We often write notes to take down important information or suddenly remember something we wish to convey to someone. Sending the sticky note directly to the contact proves helpful here.
How to share a note with my contacts?
Exchanging of sticky notes between users happens over the Notezilla.Net cloud. To create a new contact, you are first required to create a new Notezilla.Net account from the Notezilla app.
To create a new cloud account, go to the Sync option from the main navigation menu of the app. Select the option to create a new cloud account. Enter the details, and you’re all set.
Step 1: Go to Contacts window
Select a sticky note in the Notezilla app and click on the three-dotted lines at the top right corner. Sticky notes Options will appear where you will find the option to ‘Send to contact.’
Step 2: Add a contact
A ‘Contacts’ window will be displayed. Click on the plus(+) sign and add a new contact. Enter the contact’s email id.
An email is sent to your contact, requesting their approval. You can then proceed to send sticky notes to that contact. If your contact had already added you to his/her contacts list & you had already approved him/her, then you will be automatically approved when you add that person as your contact.
If your contact also has the Notezilla app on their phone, they will receive it there directly. If not, they will receive your note as an email.
Managing contacts & groups
Similarly, you can edit/delete contacts, edit/delete groups from the same ‘Contacts’ window. Just long-press on a contact name, and you will find the options.
