Does your Copy software ( Copywhiz ) allow to copy files from one drive or computer to another while "retaining" all of the File and Folder creation dates and modified dates on Windows pc?

Yes, the updated (Windows version) of  Copywhiz  allows to preserve files/folders creation & modified dates. The earlier version did not support it.
