Backup only new files and delete the files from the source folder in Windows

I am using  Copywhiz  to backup my files.

I erased my External HDD and copied everything over with  Copywhiz . This is the first time I tried to backup only the files which are new and have deleted the files which were deleted from the source but I'm facing an issue.

You are copying Beauty to Beauty. So  Copywhiz  will create a sub-folder Beauty inside Beauty.

Your destination folder should be.
