Can we copy only new / modified files using Copywhiz for Windows?

Right now if I have 3 files checked in the file list, it seems like they get all get copied whether they've been modified or not. I don't see any option to copy a file ONLY if it has been modified.

Please enable the below option so that  Copywhiz  automatically detects only new and modified files.
