Can  Copywhiz  copy files based on the file name part (like specific name occurring in the file name)?

Example: We have two files that contain the numbers "003) and another file that contains the numbers "002". The tool should be able to move the files contain the "003" serial to a specific folder, and the file with the "002" serial to a different one.

Yes, this is possible in  Copywhiz . In Advanced settings, go to "Destination" tab, click on Organizer button, and choose the "Regular expression" option as shown in the below picture to create folders based on the regular express rule you provide.
