Dragging and dropping files on existing tags in RecentX

I am looking for a user friendly, drag and drop tagging app. My starting point is Tabbles, but they don't offer perpetual licence...that is a deal breaker. Is this possible using RecentX?

In RecentX, it is possible to drag a file and drop it over an existing tag (in the top bar). This will assign the tag to that particular file. Hope this is what you are looking for.
