Making Directory Opus work with RecentX

Question

I am using RecentX 4.016. When I create new folders in Windows Explorer, RecentX shows the folders in the Recent Tab....that is good. But I am using the explorer replacement/alternative software called Directory Opus. It probably is the number 1 explorer replacement software. So when I create a new folder using Directory Opus, RecentX cannot see the folder and will not list it in the Recent tab. Is there a way to allow RecentX to see the folders created and used inside Directory Opus? Maybe a setting I can toggle and it would work? Thank you in advance!
