Keep sticky notes always on top of all other programs in Windows

In  Notezilla , I checked the box that said "Stay on top", but if a program is open, the sticky notes do not stay on top. I have to shrink the other program down in order to see the sticky note. Is there a way to keep the sticky notes on top?

Just click on the Pin icon in the note's toolbar  (the toolbar that appears above the sticky note) to keep the sticky note always on top of other apps.
