Unable to access sticky notes on my phone

I am unable to access  Notezilla  sticky notes on my phone. Can you please let me know what should be done in order to access it via my phone?

In order to access   Notezilla  sticky notes on your phone, just download the app from  the respective stores. Google Play Store if you have an Android device. Apple App Store if you have an iPhone/iPad.

After you install the app on your  smart phone go to Sync option and sign into your existing  Notezilla  sync account and download your notes.
