Balloon popping up and saying 'Partial list' when searching in RecentX on Windows

When I search for files in the RecentX search box I get a small list of very recent files and below a gray balloon pop-up with Partial List'. Why is that happening and how will I get the full list? Thank you

'Partial list' balloon popping up on Windows means that RecentX is still indexing your complete hard drive. It has not indexed completely. RecentX indexes when you are not using the computer. Leave it alone (idle) for probably 10-15 minutes (it can be more depending on the number of files you have) and then you will see full list (not partial list).
