I got 2 laptops and an iPhone. While syncing, One laptop is failed to sync, the other two devices is fine. I have 2  Notezilla  sync accounts. The laptop that fails to sync is using my old sync account details (email address), I would like to delete the account (older one) and use my new account so that all devices (2 laptops and 1 iPhone) are in sync. Please advice.

Follow the below steps on the laptop that is using the old account:

  1. Right click on  Notezilla  icon in the taskbar (next to the clock) and choose Sync option.
  2. Click on the 'Account Settings' button.
  3. Now click on Sign out link.
  4. Go back to the Sync window (step #1 above)
  5. Sign in to the other working sync account and download all your sticky notes.
