Currently myself and my boss are running the latest version of  Notezilla . He is constantly asking me to remind him of things ever 15 minutes or every hour. Is there a way that I can create a Note, and send it to his computer with the reminder already turned on ? We are in different states and so obviously not on the same network. What options do we have or can we utilize?

Yes, this is definitely possible. You both need to create a sync account in  Notezilla  for Windows from your computers. Right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Sync. This will let you to create a sync account.

Then, go to a sticky note, set a reminder to it and choose Send to/Contact from the menu and add recipient email address. (In your case your Boss email address) He will have to follow the same steps and add your email address.

Once you add the email addresses, click on the "Send" button to send the note. The recipient (your boss) will receive the sticky note and also get reminded at the time you set. Also, if you want you can go to Notezilla.Net Note settings and enable email option. This way, he will also receive email at that time if he is not on his computer.

You can watch this short video that perfectly describes this feature:

Also, we have launched native phone apps so that he will get reminded even on phone.
