RecentX window not appearing

Hi just installed RecentX but when I click on sidebar the main window doesn't show? Also, when I click on the RecentX icon on taskbar, no window appears! Please help

Please follow the steps given below :

  • Exit RecentX
  • Please run %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX from start menu.
  • This will open the folder where RecentX stores its data.
  • Delete the file Layout.xml and Settings.xml
  • Restart RecentX and see if you can access the main window
