Keep incoming sticky notes always on top on Windows desktop

It would be nice to implement Stay on top remaining when send to contacts. When the sender pin it stay on top the receiver have stay on top of Windows desktop. If sender does not pin it the receiver don't have stay on top.

The stay on top option is given to the recipient of the sticky note as it may cause annoyance if the sender sets the option.

The sender's "Stay on top" is not considered when receiving the note on the recipient's computer. The "Stay on top" property will be applied only if the recipient has enabled "Stay on top" in Preferences->Advanced.
