Can you go to the other computer and check if the "Computer Name" configuration is correct?
- Go to the other computer
- Select a sticky note and go to Send To->Computer from the top left button.
- Now check the "Computer Name" configured for your computer is correct or not. You can do this by clicking on "Manage Computers" button, select the item (that shows your computer name) in the list and click on "Edit Computer" button (as shown in below picture)
- If the computer name is correct and still you get the error "Unable to resolve host name" then you can try specifying IP address of your computer instead Computer name.
