Please send me "separate instructions to delete data and try creating a new account" as I had misspelled the email address. I don't have "important notes" at the moment. Please help.

Run  Notezilla  Troubleshooter app and choose the option "Cleanup  Notezilla  data and start fresh" option and proceed.

Once you run  Notezilla  after the above step, right click on  Notezilla  icon (next to the clock)  in the taskbar  and select Sync from the menu and create a new account again.
