Please send me "separate instructions to delete data and try creating a new account" as I had misspelled the email address. I don't have "important notes" at the moment. Please help.

If you don't have any important notes in  Notezilla , then follow the steps given below:

1. Exit  Notezilla 
2. Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld \Notezilla in Windows Explorer. To do this, copy this path %appdata%\Conceptworld\Notezilla and run from start menu or open in Windows Explorer
3. Delete all files in the folder that opens
4. Run  Notezilla 
5. Right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Sync and create new account.

However, if you have important notes then we will have to just reset the settings so that you can create the account again. Follow the steps given below:

  • 1. Exit  Notezilla 
  • 2. Open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Conceptworld\Notezilla folder
  • 3. Hold Shift key and Right click inside that folder
  • 4. Choose Open command window here.
  • 5. The following window will open. Type  Notezilla .exe /nnStartFresh and hit Enter key as shown below.
  • 6. Run  Notezilla  & create Notezilla.Net account with correct email address from  Notezilla  by right clicking on the  Notezilla  icon and choosing Sync option from the menu.
