 Is there any way to verify two trial programs/email address that have the Windows sticky notes in  Notezilla ?  We’d like to not use the ones being sent back and forth during the trial period.  I know for sure that the one computer is under old@emailaddress.com. However it is the new@emailaddress.com that we really would like to use.  Please advise us if you are able to make those changes on your end without losing the sticky notes, or what we need to do on our end to activate the support account and switch it’s association to the new account.

  1.  Open your Internet Browser and go to https://www.notezilla.net/Settings/AccountSettings . Here you will find a button Change Sign-In Email Address . Click on that.
  2. Change the email address old@emailaddress.com to new@emailaddress.com and click on the Save button on the bottom right corner.
  3. You will be asked to verify your email address. A verification email will be sent since you changed the email address. Click on the link in verification email to change the email address
  4. On Windows: Run  Notezilla , right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Sync option
  5. Click on Account Settings button then click on Edit link to change the email address. Change the email address old@emailaddress.com to new@emailaddresscom.Proceed with editing to new email address and save the settings. 
  6. Click on Sync Now button to make sure sync works using the new email address.
  7. On Phone: Go to  Notezilla  (Android or iPhone app), tap on Settings and choose 'Account' option.
  8. Tab on  the 'edit' link just above the Email address text box. This will allow you to change the email address to your new email address. Proceed with editing to new email address and save the settings. 
  9. Click on Sync Now button to make sure sync works using the new email address.

Note: Once you are set, the notes will sync automatically across your devices every minute.
