Sending sticky note to others in a way that the note stays on top of the desktop on the receiving computer

Hello. I am using  Notezilla  - sticky notes app.

Is there a way to make the Pin on Top function stay on top when I send the message to another computer? Before I send, I select the pin in the top bar, but when it arrives, it becomes unpinned and often gets buried under another program.

On the receiving computer, you need to select the "Stay on top" option under incoming notes section in  Notezilla  settings (Advanced tab).
