Does Notezilla allow a sticky note to always stay on top in Windows

In  Notezilla , I have a single sticky note I want to be always on top.

What do I do?

Thanks for choosing  Notezilla .

The pin icon over the sticky note will allow you to keep the sticky note always on top of other apps. This is a toggle button. Clicking it again will remove the always on top behavior. 

The pin must be down. Don't double click on the pin. Double click switches ON and then again switches OFF the setting.

Instead click it once so that it is down. And then test it with the other app windows.
