Does  Filezo  automatically re-index when files and folders are altered?

Yes,  Filezo  re-indexes when the files and folders are altered. If you are altering individual files / folders in Windows File Explorer, then most of the time, it is indexed immediately. But when there are large changes then the indexing happens when the PC is idle.
