Notezilla sticky notes color does not match as per the palette in Windows

In  Notezilla  sticky notes app, when I try to change note color, the color on the palette doesn't match when it changes the note. It's Windows 11 app.

Ex; when I pick a red the note to change to an orange color. Any tips?

Some skins are picture based. So  Notezilla  cannot change the color of the picture. Instead it applies the color on the whole skin with a specific opacity/transparency.  

So due the transparency,  the color mixes with the skin color and shows a different color.

So this is by design.
