Open the data folder from settings (Advanced page), exit Filezo , delete all the files from the data folder and re-run Filezo .
If you are not able to access Filezo then follow the below steps:
- Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld in Windows Explorer (File Explorer). To do this, copy this path %appdata%\Conceptworld and run from the start menu or open in Windows Explorer.
- Delete the folder Filezo or rename it to something else.
- Run Filezo .
