When I try to sync to the account I set up with my sticky notes in  Notezilla  for Windows, My second computer says - "The user ID is of an invalid type or format"

I have tried everything but I can not get my second computer to sync the note. Please help

I assume that on your first computer, you have already setup the account.

On your second computer, please follow the below steps:

  1. Exit  Notezilla 
  2. Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld\Notezilla in Windows Explorer. To do this, copy this path %appdata%\Conceptworld\Notezilla and run from start menu or open in Windows Explorer.
  3. Rename the file NotesX (X is version number) to something else
  4. Run  Notezilla 
  5. Create a new note
  6. Right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Sync
  7. Click on "Sign in to existing account" and sign into your existing account
  8. This will download all your sticky notes from cloud and you will all be set.
