Dragging and dropping a tag onto a file or folder to tag them in Windows

I am looking for a user friendly, drag and drop tagging app. My starting point is Tabbles, but they don't offer perpetual licence...that is a deal breaker. Is this possible using  Filezo ?

Yes definitely it is possible to tag a file using drag and drop. Just drag a tag from the "Tags pane" in  Filezo  and drop it over a file or a folder.
