Hi. My laptop's memory is rapidly reaching the end and my MIS person thinks it has to do with the indexing of  Filezo . When I set it up initially, I unknowingly had the program index the folders of ALL the attorneys in my law firm instead of only mine. We believe this is what is consuming so much memory in my hard drive. Can you tell me how to erase the indexed folders I don't need or how to erase it all and then re-install so it re-indexes but only my folder?

You can delete all the files inside the data folder to clean up and start fresh.

To open the data folder, you can go to   Filezo   Settings (Advanced tab). Then exit   Filezo  , delete all the files from the data folder and re-run   Filezo  .

If you don't have access to   Filezo   app, open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld\Filezo in Windows Explorer (File Explorer). This is the   Filezo   data folder where   Filezo   stores all the data. Copy the above path and paste it in Windows search bar and open it.
