Is  Filezo  compatible with external hard drives, usb's and personal cloud storage devices? I am looking to start storing old clients projects and I am going from paper to digital so I need an easy way to quickly search tags applied to folders and need to store them off of my computer.

Yes, you can tell  Filezo  to index your external drive or cloud virtual drive. And also tag the files/folders on them. You can configure this from  Filezo  Settings (Indexing tab).
