Hiding items in Filezo

Is there any way to delete a line item in the  Filezo  window without deleting the item?

In   Filezo   Settings (Indexing tab), you can configure which files and folders you don't want to index. You can specify which type of files or use wild cards also to exclude files and folders or you can specify the exact file/folder path.
