Can a Notezilla sticky notes reminder stay on top in Windows

Hi, I am using  Notezilla  for a long time and have a query.

Is there a way to make a reminder note stay/appear 'on top' when it goes off?

Thanks for using  Notezilla . 

When an alarm goes off you will see the below pop up window. The note will appear inside this popup window. Here you have an option to Dismiss and stick to desktop. So when dismissing, you can stick a note to the desktop. Next you can go to the desktop sticky note and press Ctrl+Q to make it stay always on top of other apps.
