I am getting an error when I am syncing sticky notes in Notezilla for Windows

Hi, I am using  Notezilla  and have a question.

When I try to sync on my phone, I get an incorrect email or password message. I have signed into my sync account and synced there, but it still doesn't sync to my phone or my Samsung Tablet. I really need it to sync to my phone. When syncing will encrypted sticky notes sync?

On your phone, go to  Notezilla , then go to Settings / Account and choose the sign out option. After signing out, you must sign in again using the new account email address and password.

Yes, encrypted sticky notes also will get synced.
