Will the sticky notes get attached to websites after syncing in Windows using Notezilla

I am using  Notezilla  for a quite a while now and have a question.

The sticky notes already attached to websites or files, sync to other machines if the paths to websites or files are identical?

Yes, notes attached to websites also sync to other machines. The sticky note will appear automatically on the other machine too when you visit the same website.
