To access items using keyboard on Windows, open RecentX Window, you will see that each item is assigned with a unique number. Hold the Ctrl key. Without leaving the Ctrl key, type your number (any number of digits) and then leave the Ctrl key. That particular item will open in 2-3 seconds.
