Sticky notes attached to a window appear after a short delay

In  Notezilla , the sticky notes take a few seconds to appear when attached to a window. Is it possible to reduce this so they appear quicker. Although this seems like a small period it delays my workflow and is a little frustrating to wait for the information label to show up.

There shouldn't be a lot of delay and the delay cannot be avoided. It cannot be reduced also as it takes time for the external app to communicate with  Notezilla  about its status.
