You can take backup of  RecentX  data files. Find the data files using the below method.
Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX in Windows Explorer (File Explorer). To do this, copy this path %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX and run from the start menu or open in Windows Explorer.
When taking a backup, make sure exit  RecentX .
