Reminder pop up window with a sticky note stealing focus

Question

When a  Notezilla  reminder pops up, it takes focus, that is: If you are in the middle of typing something, you're suddenly stopped in doing so because the popped-up sticky note now has focus.

It would suffice that the sticky note stays on top without stealing focus (configurable!?).

This is not configurable. This is actually decided by Windows. Windows doesn't allow any other app to take focus. So you might sometimes see the reminder window flashing in the taskbar. The reminder popup window doesn't take focus most of the time. Probably you would see this if any of the  Notezilla  windows (Browser, Reminder Window etc) was used recently (last activated window).
