How to stop RecentX monitoring clipboard when in Excel.

I have been experiencing a problem with Excel and its clipboard, and after many attempts, I found that the culprit is RecentX. When I shut down RecentX, the problem disappeared in both my desktop and my notebook. Have you ever heard a problem like this? How can I fix this?

RecentX can stop monitoring clipboard when you are in Excel. You can do this by add the title of Excel program window in the below list in RecentX Preferences. To access RecentX Preferences, click on the Advanced menu and choose ‘Preferences’.
