Reminder pop up is not shown when the reminder sets off in Notezilla

I find a lot of sticky notes don't show up. For example, I just remembered something I had wanted to do a couple days ago and had set a note for so I went and looked for the sticky note and it had been set for August 15 at 5:30p and it never went off. This has happened with many sticky notes, although mostly it works great.

Kindly ensure that "Show reminder message" is enabled so that you are shown the reminder popup window when the time is due as shown in the below image.
