On the old computer, take a backup of all your data to a removable drive (pen drive, external hard drive, etc.) or in a shared location.
Follow the steps below:
Search for " Notezilla Troubleshooter" in the Windows search bar. The troubleshooter window will open. Select the 'Backup Notezilla Data' option and click 'Next.' Select the option 'Backup to custom folder' and chose the shared location or the pen drive etc. Click on 'Back up Now,' and your notes will instantly back up. The following video depicts this:

On the new computer, you just have to restore this backed up data after installing Notezilla .
Follow the steps below:
Plug in the removable drive and copy all the data in a folder. Again search for " Notezilla Troubleshooter" in the Windows search bar. Select the 'Restore Notezilla Data' option and click 'Next.' Choose the location where you had previously copied the data. Your notes will then be instantly restored from there. Watch this video that shows how to restore notes from backup:

You can now continue to use Notezilla as a stand-alone in this PC. Just that the notes won't sync with the cloud since the subscription has expired.
