Whenever I reinstall my image of Windows,  Notezilla  always tells me to sign on to my existing account. I do that so that I can start syncing again. However, recovering old local back ups of my sticky notes (before the date of my re-installation of Windows) is never compatible with synchronization with the cloud account or my telephone sticky notes. Is there a solution for this?

You don't have to recover old local backups. By local backups, I guess you mean the automatic backups that  Notezilla  takes on the local hard drive. You can sign in to the cloud account and you should see your latest notes if you have been automatically syncing notes. When you sign in, you will see the notes that synced just before the reinstallation.
