Files not found when using file name suffixes in RecentX.

Question

When I try to find files in RecentX using the file extensions, e.g., ".pptx", not all files are found. However, the file is found when I use a portion of the filename, e.g. "MAGE" for the file "SECA_51_MAGE.pptx". How do i solve this?

If RecentX finds more than 250 files then it might not list the required one immediately. So you need to click the link "Show all matching items" shown at the bottom of the window.

Alternatively, you can filter the list by typing more accurate keywords like .pptx MAGE . This will list less number of files so that you can quickly access them.
