I am able to log into the iPhone app of  Notezilla  sticky notes, however, the same credentials do not work on the desktop version and i keep getting a "username or password is incorrect" message which is why i am unable to log in. What should i do?

Please try logging in again carefully. Also check your email address that you are typing.

If it still doesn't work, you can go to https://www.notezilla.net/Account/ForgotPassword to reset the password and try again. If that works, then you will have to go to your iPhone app and update the password from Settings->Account.
