"Open with" menu empty but available normally in Windows File Explorer on the Windows PC

On my Windows PC, the RecentX 'Open With' menu is vacant for, e.g., TIF files. Where as in windows file explorer , the normal options are available. Does this indicate a shortcoming of RecentX or is there a configuration issue with my PC? Is there a way to load a desired handler into your menu using your current version, win 10-64 ?

In RecentX, you can hold the shift key on the keyboard and right click on the file to see the standard Windows File Explorer menu with the  correct "Open With" menu.
