To access General settings, select View / Settings from the menu and click on the General tab.

Integrates Filezo with Windows File Open/Save dialog (almost all apps use this). When a file/folder is selected in Filezo, it is automatically selected in the Windows File Open/Save window.
When ticked, Filezo window will show automatically along with the Windows File Open/Save window. When unticked, you would need to manually open the Filezo window and select a file/folder from it in order to select it in the Windows File Open/Save window.
