Notezilla (Subscription Plan) Licensing Terms:

• On purchase, you will get a permanent license for Notezilla (Windows) with a yearly subscription. This subscription will allow you to sync sticky notes (all or partial) between your computers, access them from any smart-phone/tablet using our free apps ( Android app, iPhone/iPad app or the web app) & send notes to your contacts.
• While the subscrition is active, you can install Notezilla on any number of computers as long as they are used by a single and are syncing notes using a single sync account.
• All future versions of Notezilla will be available for free as long as the subscription is active.
• It is easy to cancel the subscription anytime. Post cancellation/expiration, you will still own a permanent license for Notezilla 9 (Windows), and you can continue to use Notezilla on a single computer.
• This license is also applicable to the portable version of Notezilla.
• To buy multiple subscriptions, change the 'Quantity' in the order form.
