A memoboard is just a folder inside which you can organize your sticky notes. Instead of creating desktop sticky notes, you can place them in different memoboards. This way you can keep only necessary sticky notes on the desktop. While other notes can reside inside memoboards.
A sticky note always belong to a memoboard. Just like how a file belongs to a folder. When you create a desktop sticky note, it actually sticks to the default 'Notes' memoboard.
Here are different ways to create s sticky note inside a memoboard. The first thing you would need to do is open the Notes Browser.
To create a sticky note:
Choose 'File / New note' menu to create a new sticky note inside the selected memoboard.
Click on the 'New note' button on the toolbar that appears on the top of the Notes Browser.
Press Ctrl+N keys to create a new sticky note inside the selected memoboard.
Right-click or double click anywhere inside the Notes view and choose 'New note here' from the menu to create a note at the mouse position.
