I got 2 laptops and a iPhone. While syncing, One laptop is failed to sync, the other two devices is fine. I have 2 Notezilla.Net accounts. The laptop that fails to sync is using my old Notezilla.Net account details (email address), I would like to delete the account (older one) and use my new account so that all devices (2laptops and 1 iPhone) are in sync. Please advice.

If you no longer want to use your old Notezilla.Net account (because it doesn't have valid subscription and old sticky notes), then follow the belows steps on the laptop where sync is not working properly:

  1. Open %appdata%\Conceptworld\Notezilla folder from Windows start menu. (Copy and paste this path in Windows Explorer or directly run it from start menu)
  2. Rename the file Notes8 to something else
  3. Run  Notezilla 
  4. Right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Sync
  5. Sign in to your new Notezilla.Net account and download all your notes back.
  6. Now both laptops and iPhone will be in sync automatically  every minute.
