You know what would be cool? If you had a tick box when assigning a Windows sticky note to a webpage to assign it the entire website (root domain) in Notezilla . It's been frustrating for me when I go back to a site, and I know I have a note assigned to it, but can't remember what PAGE it is assigned to. Should be easy to have an option to assign it to the root for example conceptworld.com, and not just conceptworld.com/support You get the idea. A simple tick box to assign to Root Domain. It's driving me *nuts* :-)
This is pretty much possible with Notezilla . Notezilla uses the title of the windows to show or hide a particular Windows sticky note. In case if you wish to see the note on all the pages of a particular website, then in such case you would need to use the 'wildcard' method. To match only a part of the window title, double click on any window title that is listed and prefix or suffix the title with the asterisk (*) wildcard.
To understand how it works more clearly, watch this video:
However, Notezilla cannot detect the website URL. So it is not possible to show the note based on the domain name. Most websites have the name in their title also. So you can use the above mentioned method is most cases.
