Offline accessibility of Windows sticky notes using the phone app in Notezilla

I may be traveling somewhere with no laptop or desktop and no internet access. I just have my smart phone with me and if I really need to recall a sticky note I jotted down at home in  Notezilla  , will I be able to access my Windows sticky notes offline with the phone apps?

Otherwise,  Notezilla  sticky notes can be accessed using the Notezilla.Net web-app from your phones too. But because it is a web-app, you would need Internet access on your phone which is not possible in your mentioned scenario.
