Place new Windows sticky notes on Windows desktop

I recently upgraded to  Notezilla  8.  I noticed that all new Windows sticky notes are being placed in the memoboards instead of on my desktop.  Is there a way to change the settings, so that new notes are placed on my desktop by default?

Please enable the option "Stick new notes to desktop also" using  Notezilla  Preferences. To access  Notezilla 's Preferences, right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Preferences from the menu.

The above setting is enabled by default. May be it was disabled accidentally.
