While most products are going for that similar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/f8-2019-facebook-big-redesign-stories-groups-2019-4\">bland white look<\/a>, the&nbsp;dark&nbsp;mode does offer something different that feels mysterious and new.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark mode decreases blue light exposure, in varying degrees depending on the screen technology. In the case of OLED technology, black color emits no light, and can therefore, decrease battery consumption.
